How to Apply for MSME

The interested MSEs can submit the online applications well in advance, ie. at least by 8.08.2025 for the financial assistance through the link

https://my.msme.gov.in/MyMsme/Reg/COM_MatuDomAppForm.aspx. after registering in Udyam Registration portal (https://udyamregistration.gov.in/Government-India/Ministry-MSME-registration.htm) and MSME Databank (http://www.msmedatabank.in/) (If already not registered). Kindly note that the registrations of Udyam Registration and MSME Databank are entirely free and no agency has been appointed by the Ministry for the said registrations. The detail user manual for applying for reimbursement is attached herewith for the reference.

Only those who are having Udyam Registration and from sectors Medical & Healthcare Equipment, Hospital Infrastructure & Support, Consumables & Medical Textiles, IT and communication for Health Sector are only eligible for reimbursement.
NO APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE ABOVE LAST DATE.
In this regard, your kind attention is invited to the followings:

The financial assistance for the eligible MSEs will be as: 80% of space rent paid for General category units and 100% for SC/ST/women/NER/PH units. The space rent will subject to the minimum booth/stall size. The maximum Budgetary Support (including contingency expenditure) is Rs. 80,000/- (incl. all taxes) for a participating enterprise as per the norms mentioned above.

As per the revised guidelines, maximum number of applications from across the country is 60 Numbers for online submission per Trade Fair.

The interested MSEs may be directed to submit the online applications well in advance, ie. atleast by 8.08.2025. NO APPLICATIONS CAN BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE LAST DATE.

THE OFFLINE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The submission of the this online application doesn’t ensure the reimbursement, as the selection of eligible MSEs for reimbursement is solely under the decision of the Empowered Committee at Office of Development Commissioner (MSME), New Delhi. And preference may be given to first time participants and units from remote location viz., from Aspirational Districts (Wayanad) and also from SC/ST, Women and PH.
The recommendation of MSME DFO Thrissur for the next edition of the event will be strictly based on the fulfilment of all the above requirements.
