Mandatory Stall Participation: All award nominees and participants must have an active stall setup at Hospex 2025. Presence at the exhibition is a key requirement for eligibility.

Steering Committee Interaction: The Steering Committee will be visiting each participating stall on Day 1 and Day 2 to gain a deeper understanding of the showcased innovations. A company representative must be available at the stall during these visits to present and engage.

Video Submission Requirement: Participants are requested to submit a 1-minute video introducing their company, explaining their excitement about being part of Hospex 2025, and sharing why they are applying for a specific award. This video will be featured on Hospex platforms to amplify visibility and spotlight innovation.

Award Application Fee: An application fee of Rs. 1000 + GST is applicable for each award category entered.
